Design of a Trolley Conveyor in AutoCAD

Here I have designed a Trolley Conveyor in AutoCAD and given example how I did it.

Materials of this conveyor are PU conveyor belt, gear motor, ss idler roller, ss box, fixed and moving caster wheel, ss driver and driven wheel and ss nut bolt, cooling fan with stand, ss sheet.

I have used AutoCAD go by following steps and creates this drawing.
➤Start AutoCAD icon from your desktop or from start menu.
➤On the Start tab, click Start New Drawing. This opens a new drawing based on the default drawing template file. If a default drawing template file is not specified, the Select Template dialog box is displayed, from which you can choose an appropriate drawing template file.
➤Then create parts and items of the related drawing using following features. Before start drawing you should make sure all tabs and panels (i.e. home, insert, annotate, parametric, 3D tools, visualize, view, manage, output, add-ins, autodesk360, express tools, bim 360, featured apps) are activated. (to find those tabs and panels Right click to show the menu). Then I have used following tools to complete my drawing.

Using the EXTRUDE command: It create a 3D solid or surface by stretching curves into 3D space. The EXTRUDE command creates a solid or surface that extends the shape of a curve. Open curves create surfaces and closed curves create solids or surfaces.

Using the REVOLVE command: It create a 3D object by revolving curves about an axis. When the Mode option is set to Surface, you create a surface and if Mode is set to Solid you create a solid regardless of whether the curve is open or closed. When revolving a solid, you can only use a revolve angle of 360 degrees.

Using the LOFT command: It create a 3D solid or surface in the space between several cross sections. Creates a 3D solid or surface by specifying a series of cross sections. The cross sections define the shape of the resulting solid or surface. You must specify at least two cross sections.

Using the LOFT command: It create a 3D solid or 3D surface by sweeping a 2D object or sub-object along an open or closed path. Open-ended objects create 3D surfaces, while objects that enclose an area can be set to create either 3D solids or 3D surfaces.

Using the PRESSPULL command: By this command increase or decrease the dimension of 3D objects can be done.

Using the FILLET command: It create finish edges and corners for 2D and 3D objects.

Using the UNION command:  It can combines two or more 3D solids, surfaces, or 2D regions into a single, composite 3D solid, surface, or region.

Here I have also used material browser, layout etc to complete my drawing to publish in page to print.

Tips: There is a shortcut option in autocad for finding the any design tools easily is just release the mouse and write by keyboard of the related feature in autocad page and then related all tools will come up under cursor of your mouse.
